How long will it take to get my items to ship?
Most of our clothing are made to order items, it will take approximately 2 weeks after order is placed for you to receive your order. All orders will be sent via USPS first class mail. With our standard flat rate shipping option, you should expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days after we ship.
What is your shipping fees?
The standard flat rate shipping for all orders less than $100 will be $8.50 before taxes. Free 1-3 days domestic priority mail shipping on order $100 or more before taxes.
How do I change or cancel my orders?
Please contact us via email as soon as possible. We usually process 2-3 days after order is placed. So make sure you contact us before we process your order for shipment should you want to change or cancel your order.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns/exchanges within 14 days of receiving your package. Item must be unused with original tags and packaging. We do not offer shipping cost on returns and exchanges. You will be responsible for that. A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returns and exchanges. Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable on customs and during promotional sales.
What if my received items are damaged, defective, or just wrong item?
We are truly sorry for this issue and will try our best to replace the item. If you receive a damage or defective item, please contact us by email with photos of item showing the damage and we will place the item as quickly as we could. If you receive the wrong item, please also contact us by email with photos of the wrong item and we will replace it.
